Privacy Notice

Last updated: August 15, 2026

This notice explains the main information Maylis uses to operate member accounts and the prompt library.

1. Information used by Maylis

Maylis may process your name, email address, account status, access entitlement, Founding Member number, Gumroad purchase reference, purchase date, account activation status, sign-in metadata, favorites, prompt usage events, search events, and support communications.

2. Prompt inputs and generated prompt drafts

Current Maylis functionality does not send the values you enter into prompt variables or the final generated prompt text to the Maylis database. Draft values may be stored locally in your browser so you can return to your work. Clearing browser storage can remove those local drafts.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Gumroad. Maylis does not need to store your full payment-card details. Maylis records limited purchase information needed to verify and manage your access, such as the purchase source and purchase reference.

4. Service providers

Maylis uses infrastructure and service providers to operate authentication, database, hosting, email delivery, and payments. This includes Supabase for core application services and Gumroad for checkout and purchase processing. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

5. Why information is used

Information is used to authenticate members, grant and manage access, secure accounts, operate favorites and library features, diagnose issues, understand aggregate product usage, prevent abuse, and provide support.

6. Retention

Account, entitlement, purchase-reference, security, and audit records may be retained while needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, maintain Founding Member history, or satisfy applicable obligations. Local browser drafts remain on your device until removed by you or the browser.

7. Security

Maylis uses access controls, role-based permissions, database row-level security, server-side administrative operations, and account-status controls. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

You can change your password through secure email recovery and can contact support about account information, access issues, or privacy questions. Availability of specific privacy rights depends on applicable law.
